I'm a designer working in health care. My research interests lie in understanding how people seek, make sense of and apply health information.
My education began with a Bachelor of Communication in information design (completed at Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB). It continues with a Master of Design - Design for Health (in progress at OCAD University in Toronto, ON).
I currently work as a knowledge translation specialist for the Alberta Physician Learning Program, where I support an interdisciplinary group of healthcare researchers in developing and implementing knowledge translation strategies to provide physicians with opportunities to reflect on their practice.
